Home Moi expands its offering in Spain

The idea behind Home Moi’s international service is to create a bridge between countries. The service we offer makes it easier, safer and less time-consuming to buy a property in a foreign country while being located in a country other than the one you want to buy in.

Mia, what does the new collaboration consists of?

“We have been approached by two Spanish builders that focuses on high end architecture in prime locations along the coastline in Spain. We have officially partnered with them to offers very nice opportunities based on our partnerships for those who want to buy in Spain”. That allows us to offer exclusive deals to our clients.

Briefly describe Home Moi’s new partners

“One builder is called TM Real Estate  Group. The company started in Alicante and has 50 years of experience in real estate all over Spain. The other builder is a fantastic project called Gran Canet Residencial that is located 25 minutes outside Valencia.

What is special about buying in Spain?

“It’s quite a complex market to buy in. Anyone is allowed to act as a broker, no license is required. There is also a lack of good systems that show what has been sold and what is new to the market. As a result, there is uncertainty surrounding a property you are interested in if it’s really available to buy.

How would Home Moi work on a purchase?

Once you come to us with a request, we start searching thoroughly without directing you to any specific brokers or builders. We create a list of properties that fits what you are looking for. We’ll include our reliable partners that fits your criteria of search. In this case, we work directly with these builders, they are our direct contact. We have direct access to floor plans, photos, pricing, amenities, locations and so on…

When you want to see the property on site, we have access to virtual tours, pictures and we also offer the option for “Home Moi” to travel on site to make a live video showing if necessary. So you can get a clear picture of what you purchase and the risk that you will be negatively surprised is fairly small. It saves time, money and reduces stress for people by removing a range of uncertainties that exists when buying real estate internationally.
